EVS Angélica Camargo Flórez talking from Pułtusk

Cześć everyone! As maybe you know my name is Angélica Camargo Flórez. I am from Pamplona a small and beautiful city in Colombia also I am an art student in Medellin. I am living in Pułtusk, Poland for six months already, country where I am doing my EVS. My program is based in non-formal and informal education with kids from 14-17 at some schools in Pułtusk and some promotion of volunteering work. Piñata's day at Language Cafe Since I arrived in Poland I really fall in love with all the differences between my country and my new one. Just coming home for first time was and amazing journey, was the first time for me reading and learning some polish words at street. After that, every day has becoming as a new adventure. I am taking some polish lesson and I have to say I am very glad of that. It’s incredible how everything change when you become to understand the culture and the language. It is a new place that appear when you recognize this small detail...

How Justyna participated in 3 workcamps...

When I sometimes talked to volunteers about workcamp/s they attended or when I read their evaluations - I understood that the time they spent in workcamp was really sometime, as they say, “the best time in their life”. “It was an awesome experience, maybe the best of my life” – this is for instance the real sentence from real evaluation and I hope and believe that the volunteer (Alfonso) was not lying in this case :) It also depends of course on how you get along with the other people in the group, how motivated you are, what for expectations you have etc. – but for sure - there is a high possibility that workcamp might be an awesome, unforgettable experience. EVS Anna Kameduła talking from Romania

Hej Hej! Here we are Mr. Hedgehog and I. We have the pleasure to share with you the story of EVS Anna, who is doing her EVS project in Romania. Check it out… I'm Ania and I'm on the project in Asociatia Young Initiative in Bucharest, Romania. We have a lot of things to do, from helping kids from homeless shelters to helping in international relations department. The activities I focus on are clubs for kids in libraries (English, French and creativity), Polish language and culture club for adults and EVS promoting workshops for everyone ;) Now, during the holidays, we do even more as the kids don't have school and there are not too much options for them! We really became romanians. Our schedule is very flexible, so usually I work a lot for 3-4 days in a week and then I have time for travelling.
